• Contains a powerful penetrant enhancer to increase efficacy of ingredients from the Environ vitamin A moisturisers.

Indications for use: 
After cleansing apply AVST Moisturising Toner with a cotton swab. Allow to dry and apply the chosen preparations.

If necessary, dilute the toner by applying to a moistened cotton swab.
