This lid primer also doubles as a shadow that can be applied with a finger to make the eye look shimmery. It highlights the lid, and can be worn alone or with shadows on top.

When to use?

Apply a thin layer all over eye lid. which is a highlighter where you don't apply shadow and a primer where you do. Make sure you don't apply to much because it will crease.
